High pressure (HP) cleaning
High pressure cleaning ranges from as little as 100 bar to 750 bar of water pressure. This application is suitable for cleaning tans, structures and plant floors where scale deposits are minimal or soft.

Ultra High pressure (UHP) cleaning
We use Ultra High pressure for a variety of applications throughout the refining & chemical industries. Pressures range from 750 bar to 1200 bar of water pressure and are always used with our automated cleaning equipment. Automated cleaning machines are designed for our "Hands Free" policy to eliminate risk to personnel and to shorten cleaning times.

Super Ultra High pressure (SUHP) cleaning and Surface Preparation
Super Ultra High pressure cleaning is used for more specialised needs to removed very hard scales, rust or paint. With pressures ranging from 1200 bar to 2800 bar, we can now clean from the hardest scale on the inside of small (13mm up to 50mm) tubes using our automated machines using less water. SUHP is faster, cleaner & more environment friendly than conventional surface preparation and thus makes it the preferred cleaning method today.

Industrial vacuum cleaning
Vacuum cleaning is the fastest and safest way to remove sludge or liquid from tanks, sumps and drains. A powerful vacuum system and a 10m³ stainless steel tank ensure optimum performance. All units are intrinsically safe and thus restrict risks related to ignition sources in the event of flammable materials being present. When the tank is filled, the waste can be transported to a landfill site for safe disposal.

Tube Bundle Pulling
We now offer our clients a turnkey solution to remove, clean and install heat exchangers using a Self Propelled bundle puller. This machines with a max bundle weight of 25ton and reach of 7meters is the first of its kind on the African continent to transport bundles to a cleaning facility under its own power. This compact and dual steering extractor is designed to pull a large number of bundles during turnarounds and can be operated by one technician. Our technicians are trained on both the self propelled and areal bundle pullers to offer our clients a wider choice of expertise.
